Naomi Cooper aka ArtbyNPC, is pleased to be the 2020 recipient of the Hartage Foundation Award for Art. Rose and Homer Hartage have been patrons of the Arts and Education for many years after establishing their Hartage Foundation.
Commissioner Homer Hartage is an artist producing a wide range of breathtaking photographs and paintings. His wife, Rose is an educator, specializing in early education.
The Hartage Foundation has presented several scholarships to seniors in the Orlando area.
The art award is for securing master level art supplies and Naomi Cooper is very grateful for the opportunity to expand her artistry and humbly thank Rose and Homer Hartage and the Hartage Foundation.
